Mothers CAN is listening to mothers around the country to develop a shared vision and manifesto. We are coming together to capture the thoughts and vision of hundreds of mothers who all share the same goal of a better future for all our children. We plan to compile a Mothers’ Manifesto for Climate Action which will show those in power that we see climate as the biggest threat to our children’s future - and we want them to act now.
We know that lots of mothers are worried about climate change, but it can be so overwhelming sometimes we don’t know where to start. If you feel like that then don’t worry, you are not alone! That’s why we created Mothers CAN - a national network of mothers. We support mothers to come together and take action in their local areas. Through the network we can get mothers’ voices heard on a national platform.
