Anxiety to Action
Are you driven to do something about climate change but need support to get going?
Twice a year Mothers CAN runs a fully-funded five-week programme (2 hours per week), to help climate- concerned mums take collective action in their local communities across the UK.
The course will help you:

-
Learn about different ways of making change and what’s right for you
-
Think about power, who has it and why we need to build it
-
Understand your self-interest and how to motivate others
-
Talk about the climate so that people will listen
-
Connect with like-minded mums across the UK and in your community
-
Feel empowered, inspired and hopeful
The next course will run from Tues 23rd September to Tues 21st October 2025. To be viable, the course requires a minimum of 10 mums to sign up.
I wanted to take action but didn't know how. I now have a direction, and a lot of hope that I can be the role model I want to be for my kids, to show them that we can achieve when to collaborate.
You will be inspired, and equipped to take positive action to built a brighter future. You will find a community of like-minded people who care and will support you. There are no reasons not to give it a go.
If you feel confused or don't know where to start, this is a rich and hopeful course and a supportive group to join.
